Common Questions
We want you to enjoy every moment of our special day! To help you prepare, we’ve answered some of the most common questions about our wedding. We hope these little details make your celebration with us even more memorable and stress-free.
- How do I RSVP?
You should have received a personalised link to our wedding website along with your invitation. This link is unique to you or your family and contains the names of the guests included in your invitation.
To RSVP, simply click the “Confirm Your Attendance” button on the wedding website. You’ll be directed to a page showing your name or family name. From there, click “Continue to RSVP” to view the guests included in your invitation.
For each guest listed, select whether they will be attending or unable to attend. Once you’ve made your selections, click “Send Our Response” to submit your RSVP.
Please note that guest names are final and cannot be changed or added to. As your link is personalised, we kindly ask that you do not share or forward it to others. - When should we RSVP?
We would appreciate it if you could confirm your attendance by 15 November 2026.
Your response will help us finalise our guest list and make the necessary arrangements for our special day.
We hope you can celebrate with us! - What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by the indicated deadline so we can finalise our seating arrangements and catering requirements.
If we haven’t received your response by then, we’ll unfortunately have to assume that you won’t be able to attend.
We hope you understand, and we’d really appreciate your timely response! - Can I bring a plus-one or someone who isn’t included in my invitation?
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’ve carefully planned our guest list and seating arrangements to make the most of the limited space available.
Our invitations are intended for the guests whose names appear on the RSVP form. However, if there’s someone you’d like to bring along, please feel free to reach out to us before submitting your RSVP.
We’ll be happy to see what we can arrange, although we hope you understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Thank you so much for your understanding! - Can we bring a nanny, helper, or driver?
We understand that some guests may be travelling with a nanny, helper, or driver.
As we have limited seating at the reception, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate additional companions who are not included in the invitation.
However, Farm Hills Garden has a café/restaurant and several seating areas within the property where they may comfortably wait during the celebration.
We kindly ask that you make separate arrangements for their meals and any other needs during this time.
Thank you so much for your kind understanding! - Can we bring our kids to the celebration?
We understand that arranging childcare can sometimes be challenging, especially for families with young children.
As we have limited seating, we’ve carefully planned our guest list to include only the children named in the invitation.
However, if you need to bring your little one along, please feel free to reach out to us before submitting your RSVP. We’d be happy to consider your request, although we hope you understand that we may not be able to accommodate everyone, as we need to be mindful of the space available and the arrangements we’ve made for our guests.
Thank you so much for your understanding! - What if I can no longer attend after RSVPing yes?
We completely understand that plans can change and unexpected things can come up.
If you can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible. Since we will have reserved a seat for you based on your confirmation, an early heads-up would really help us adjust our arrangements and offer your seat to another guest.
Thank you so much for letting us know! - Can I change my RSVP response after submitting it?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to update your response, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments to our guest list.
As we’ll be reserving seats based on your confirmation, we’d really appreciate it if you could RSVP “Yes” only when you’re sure you can attend.
Thank you so much for your understanding!

Our reception programme is expected to begin at 6:00 PM, after cocktail hour. Guests will be invited to enter the pavilion, find their assigned seats, and settle in before the programme starts.
We’ll make an announcement when it’s time to head inside, so you won’t miss anything! - What time will the reception end?
We’re expecting the reception programme to wrap up at around 8:30 PM - Can we leave before the reception ends?
We would really love for everyone to stay until the end of the programme! We’ve prepared some special moments throughout the evening, and it would mean a lot to us to share them with you.
Of course, we understand that there may be circumstances where you really need to leave early. If that’s the case, we kindly ask that you come and let us know personally before you leave, so we can properly say goodbye and thank you for celebrating with us.
We’d also appreciate it if you could leave discreetly during a suitable break in the programme to avoid any interruptions.
- Is parking available at both venues?
Yes! Parking is available at both the church and the reception venue.
Please note that parking within the church grounds may be limited, but parking assistants will be available to help guide you.

The two venues are approximately 14 minutes apart by car, depending on traffic. - Will transportation be provided between the church and reception?
We kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation between the church and reception venue.
The drive takes approximately 14 minutes, depending on traffic, so there’s plenty of time to make your way over before cocktail hour begins.
We recommend planning your transportation ahead of time for a more relaxed day! - Are there hotels or accommodations nearby?
Yes! We know some of you will be travelling from out of town, so we’ve put together a list of nearby hotels and accommodations you might like to consider.

- Will food and drinks be served during cocktail hour?

Feel free to grab a bite, enjoy a drink, and mingle with fellow guests before we head inside for the reception! - How will dinner be served at the reception?
Dinner will be served buffet-style, with a selection of dishes we’ve personally chosen for our guests to enjoy. - Will there be a children’s menu?
There won’t be a separate children’s menu, but our little guests are welcome to enjoy the same buffet selection as everyone else! - Can we request a special meal?
As we’ve already finalised our buffet menu, we won’t be able to accommodate special meal requests or substitutions.
We hope you’ll find something you’ll enjoy from the selection we’ve prepared!
- What should we wear to the wedding?
Dress Code: Formal Attire
We’d love for everyone to dress up and celebrate this special day with us!
For the ladies:
We encourage floor-length gowns or elegant midi/maxi dresses in soft, muted colours. Our preferred colours are sage green, dusty pink, grey/silver, dusty blue, and muted terracotta.
We kindly ask that you avoid white/ivory, beige, champagne/gold, maroon, brown, and black.
For the gentlemen:
We encourage suits or blazers paired with formal trousers, long-sleeved dress shirts, and dress shoes. Coats and ties are optional.
Black, navy blue, grey, and brown are all welcome.
We kindly ask that you avoid white, beige, or khaki suits. White dress shirts, however, are perfectly fine.
We also ask that you refrain from wearing jeans, denim, sneakers, slippers, flip-flops, and other casual attire.
We’ve put together a Guest Attire Guide with outfit inspiration and suggested colours to make choosing your outfit a little easier.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you! - What kind of weather should we expect?
January in the Tagaytay-Silang area is usually pleasantly cool, especially in the late afternoon and evening.
Our church is not air-conditioned, and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the garden. The main reception, however, will be held in an air-conditioned pavilion.
You might want to bring a light shawl, cardigan, or jacket in case it gets chilly later in the evening.
We also recommend checking the weather forecast closer to the wedding day, just to be prepared! - What happens if it rains?
We’re hoping for beautiful weather on our special day! But just in case, we’ve made arrangements to keep everyone comfortable.
Both our ceremony and reception will be held indoors, and our cocktail hour can easily be moved to the pavilion if needed. So no worries, the celebration will go on!
- Can we take photos and videos during the wedding?
Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture happy memories from our wedding.
We just have one small request: please be mindful when taking photos or videos, especially during the church ceremony. We’d appreciate it if you could stay in your seats when appropriate, keep the aisles clear, and avoid blocking the view of other guests or our official photo and video team.
Most of all, we hope you’ll enjoy the moment with us! - Do you have a gift preference?
Having you celebrate with us is already a wonderful gift, and we’re truly grateful for your love and support.
As we’ll be heading back to Singapore shortly after the wedding, bringing physical gifts home might be a little tricky.
If you wish to give us something, a monetary gift towards the start of our married life would be very much appreciated.
But please know that your presence, love, and prayers are what matter most to us! - What if we have more questions?
We’re always happy to help!
If there’s anything else you’d like to ask, feel free to message us on Facebook Messenger or reach us through WhatsApp, SMS, or a phone call.
We look forward to celebrating with you!
